Emmanuel Fua

Prior to joining Harder LLP, Mr. Fua worked in the litigation group of an international law firm for nearly a decade, where he represented high-profile businesses and individuals in the finance, technology, energy, professional sports and modeling sectors.  He was a key member of several successful trial, appellate, and arbitration teams and also defended companies under investigation by federal prosecutors and regulatory agencies.  In between his work for his prior firm’s California and New York offices, he clerked for a federal judge in Manhattan.
