Kathleen Hirose has over 25 years of diverse experience as a civil litigator and in-house counsel in the areas of complex business litigation and corporate compliance, among others.  She has worked for three major law firms including Jones Day, and has served as in-house counsel for three major publicly-traded corporations:  BP (formerly British Petroleum), Hilton Hotels and Amgen.
