Rachel Stern practices entertainment, reputation protection, intellectual property, and business litigation in state and federal courts. She graduated from Dickinson College in 2018, where she studied English and Philosophy, before going on to attend Washington and Lee University School of Law, where she graduated in 2021. While at Washington and Lee, she participated in the Sports, Entertainment, and Intellectual Property Law Society.
After obtaining her J.D., she attended UCLA School of Law, where she got an LLM in Environmental Law in 2022.
Prior to joining Harder Stonerock LLP, Ms. Stern practiced at a prominent defense firm in Los Angeles, handling cases involving aviation and aerospace. There, she gained experience in all stages of the litigation process, including written discovery, depositions, ADR, and drafting pleadings and dispositive motions.
