Susan W. Roberts

Susan Roberts practices media, entertainment, defamation, privacy, intellectual property and business litigation in federal and state courts.

Ms. Roberts received her Juris Doctor cum laude from Tulane University School of Law in 2021. At Tulane Law, she was President of the Entertainment & Art Law Society, and a student-attorney with Tulane’s First Amendment Law Clinic.  Ms. Roberts served as Senior Managing Editor of the Sports Lawyers Association’s Sports Lawyers Journal.  She also was VP of Communications of the Tulane Sports Law Society where she represented the organization as a semi-finalist in national NFL and NBA negotiation competitions. Prior to joining HARDER LLP, Ms. Roberts served as Counsel for Business and Legal Affairs at The Fourth Floor, a networking community supporting women executives, based in New York City.
